Default Installation Issues

I am trying to install the Joomla LMS trial and I am having a heck of a time.

I have intalled all of the prerequisites and have tried both installation methods.

If I use the helper file I get this screen (see attachment)

If I try to install the component it goes back to the main Joomla Admin screen and nothing installs.

Please help

Please submit a ticket to our helpdesk and provide Joomla superadmin and FTP access to your site and we will try to solve this issue.

Default Same Issue

I'm trying to install the trial version for Joomla. I am using Joomla v2.5. I get the same issue when trying to install. It looks like the component installs but it just goes back to the main joomla admin page and nothing is installed

Please make sure Ioncube loader is installed correctly as described here http://www.ioncube.com/loader_installation.php.

Also if you install JoomlaLMS using the second method http://www.joomlalms.com/lms-help/ad...lation.html#q2 please check the following:

1) Make sure that all folders in Admin BackEnd -> help -> System Info -> Directory Permissions are writable;
2) Make sure that the folders listed in the JoomlaLMS configuration -> tab 'files' are configured and writable;
3) 'upload_max_filesize' and 'post_max_size' PHP settings (this is set in php.ini file - to learn its location please enter Backend -> Help -> System info -> PHP information -> 'Configuration File (php.ini) Path') - must be more than the installation file size;
4) 'max_execution_time' and 'max_input_time' PHP settings - set in seconds. If uploading and processing the file takes more time than is specified here, the uploading process can be interrupted;
5) 'memory_limit' PHP setting - the .zip uploading and unpacking process can be interrupted if the allocated memory is not enough.

If this doesn't help please submit a ticket to our helpdesk providing Joomla superadmin and FTP access to your site and we will try to offer another solution.
