Unhappy The icons are missing
The icons for content edition are missing, see figure attached to better understand...
How can I do to reverse that situation?

Looks like your WYSIWYG editor is not active.

Any progress?
Check the WYSIWYG editor publish settings. Also try to play with SEF componetns (if installed) by disabling/enabling SEF functionality.
