Service upgrade?

Hi,

I want to buy your software, but I want to know how does the upgrade of the service works?

The price of the licence is base on the amount of users, in the case that I want to move to another service that provides me more users and the year licence hasent finish, due I have to pay the entire licence price?.

From all information on the forum and my experience with the guys at elearningforce you can increase the license at any time by paying the difference. There is no risk and I don't think you would have to pay extra doing it in the middle of a license year.

But please remember - a license is always valid for one year only.

You can upgrade your license at any time for any number of users and for any time period, just contact us by email and we will manually upgrade your license. If you are planned a big upgrade/deal you can contact us to get a discount.
