Mailbox Settings

You can manage Mailbox settings from the administrative area.

  1. Go to Configuration > Mailbox Settings > Configuration.

         2.   Select Yes if you want to allow students to send messages to other learners, otherwise select No.         

         3.   Select Yes if you want the system to send notifications about new messages, otherwise select No.

         4.   Enter a default email subject.

         5.   Enter the message text.

         6.   Click on the Save button (save icon).  

Address Book

You can create an address book.

 A group of icons in the top right corner allows you to perform the following operations:

Icon Name Description
delete icon Remove
Select check boxes next to the items that you want to delete and click the Remove icon. Confirm your intention by clicking OK in the dialog box.
edit icon Edit Select a check box next to the item that you want to modify and click the Edit icon.
newadmin icon New Click the New icon to add a new address.
