Plugins

There are several Plugins embedded into the JoomlaLMS system. To view the list of them go to Configuration -> Plugins -> Show Plugins.

To manage plugins use the following buttons:

Icon	Name	Description
	Edit	Allows a user to edit the selected plugin (to select a plugin, select a check box next to a corresponding entry in the list).
	Delete	Allows a user to delete the selected plugin (to select a plugin, select a check box next to a corresponding entry in the list).
	Published Unpublished	Click the Published/ Unpublished icons next to the necessary menu items to make these items available/ unavailable.

In the Display# field select the number of entries that should be displayed.

When editing plugins use these buttons: click the Save icon () or the Apply icon () at the top of the page to save the changes; click the Close icon () to discard changes.

Waiting lists control system Plugin is used for automatically adding users from waiting lists to courses which have enabled option 'Maximum attendees count in the course' after the Teacher has deleted a user from such course.

You can define its name and Plugin file, to publish or unpublish it using the Edit option. 

Course Join Notify Plugin task is delivering a notification about adding to a course to a user from a waiting list.

You can define its name and Plugin file, to publish or unpublish it and specify its parameters: Mail subject - enter the subject text; Mail template - enter the default message text.

Topic collapsible plugin allows to collapse/expand topics at the Course Home page.

You can define its name and Plugin file, to publish or unpublish it.

CEO auto-assignment plugin gives a certain user CEO/Parent rights for all users who join the system while usual Ceo/Parent rights allow a user to view only certain courses users.

You can define its name and Plugin file, to publish or unpublish it and specify its parameters: enter the ID of the user you want to be automatically associated with users after they are added to courses.

Email notifications plugin allows to send automated email notifications.
