The DropBox section is intended for exchanging files between the participants of the course. A user, who needs to share some file with others, may place the file into the DropBox. At that, the system makes it possible to specify people for whom this file should be available.
To manage the files in the DropBox, use the following icons:

Select check boxes next to the necessary items and click Mark as 'Read' to sign that an item has already been viewed. |

Allows a user to add a new item to the DropBox. |

Select check boxes next to the necessary items and click Delete to remove selected items from the DropBox. |
Adding Items to the DropBox
To add an item to the DropBox:

Click the
DropBox icon (

) in the main course menu.

Click the New DropBox item icon in the bottom menu.

Fill out the form fields as described in the following table:

Click the Browse button to specify the name of the uploaded item. |
| Mark as 'corrected' |
Select Yes if you want to signify that the item in the DropBox has been modified in some way; otherwise select No. |

Enter the description of the item if necessary. Use the embedded Visual Editor to format the description. |

When finished, click Save in the top right corner of the form to add an item; click Cancel to discard changes and close the form.
