We need to upgrade. Should we pay only the difference in price or should we buy new version?

We'd like to upgrade our JoomlaLMS Standard Edition from 1000 to 5000 users (we have been using our present LMS license for 3,5 month). To upgrade your LMS from 1000 to 5000 users (price difference =200 USD) you need to pay 202 USD (license fee 142usd = 200 usd for 8,5 month out of 12 and 60usd admin fee) After this please let us know your 202USD payment details - so we can proceed with the license. Everything you will have to do is to uninstall old JoomlaLMS and install new one from your members place.

How long does it take to receive the new license?
It won’t take more then one business day to make a new one for you.

I need license for two different domains. How can I get it?
To have license for two different domains (i.e. joomZZZ.com and EEE.com) you need to buy two licenses.
For testing purposes you can use trial version or request license for sub domain of your domain.

Once we receive the upgrade package, can we install it without losing the old data?
Yes. Your old data will be kept.

How can I pay you when upgrading LMS or paying admin fee?
Please use our Custom Payment section at the JoomlaLMS website shop: http://www.joomlalms.com/buy_now/task,standart_edition/ In the comment box leave the information what is the payment for. The payment can be also done using bank wire (please contact us for details)

Perpetual license for JoomlaLMS will cost you as a four years fee and will include one year free support and maintenance. So you can upgrade your system during this year.
After a year time you will have to pay 180$ per year for the same service independently from the number of LMS users.
Also you can consider buying 4 years license what is 3x of annual license.

How can I pay for the perpetual license?

Choose the LMS license you need (ex. 5000 users). Enter into the custom payment 3x annual fee. Leave the message "perpetual license for XXXX users" in the custom payment comment box. Check the total amount - it should be equal 4x annual fee. Process the payment.

I'd like to buy custom development for JoomlaLMS. Is it possible and how it works?
Doing custom versions for clients we always try to meet individual customer needs. So it is possible both when custom development code we sell to customer completely or we own this code.
On the request of customer we also can consider including code to the next versions what will give the customer free custom version support.
If you buy professional version with the open source code of course all custom development done by you will be your property. We also able to support custom versions when changing new version.

JoomlaLMS is an LMS component for Joomla! CMS. It 'look & feel' is consists only from: top menu, course selectbox and main content area. All site CSS styles are defined in the Joomla! CMS template. There are a lots of templates from the simple ones to the clunky templates with their own JS frameworks.

Yes, our component is integrated with the CommunityBuilder. Even more, as JoomlaLMS is a component for Joomla! it doesn't has own Joomla registration proces -> you can use any User-extended component for login/registration purposes.

Take a llok to this forum thread http://www.joomlalms.com/forum/showthread.php?p=3429. (it is a little older, but it will provide you some concepts about template/design possibilities).

P.S. Please such questions post to our support forum.

How customizable is the LMS look and feel? The demo is a bit clunky from a design standpoint. Will it integrate with Community Builder?

Do you have some really good actual working sites I can view?

Trying to decide between this and moodle.

Thanks!
