JoomlaLMS 1.0.4 is ready

Dear JoomlaLMS community!

We are happy to inform you, that the new JoomlaLMS 1.0.4 is ready!

New customers can download a package with trial version at their Member's Area. Existing customers can download the new version from Members Area.

Included in the package you can find installation instructions and a new Installer script for simple and fast JoomlaLMS installation.

The release includes the following changes:
  • Different grading methods: last scored result, best scored result. This parameter could be configured in the course settings for each course separately.
  • Possibility to add SCORM as a LearningPath step.
  • Possibility to set prerequisites for LearningPaths.
  • New property for SCORM items - 'Hide resource in the list'. If this parameter is enabled then the SCORM resource will be hidden in the list of course LearningPaths. This can be usefull if you use this SCORM as a LearningPath step.
  • New property for LearningPath - 'completion message'. Here you can enter the message, which will be shown for the user after completing the LearningPath.
  • New payment processors: 'Authorize.Net', 'Offline bank transfer'.
  • Possibility to edit the name of any processor, i.e. you can rename 'Authorize.Net' payment method to 'Credit Card'.
  • Guest access. Guest can navigate through the list of courses and subscriptions and enroll/subscribe to them. They will be prompted to login/register before enrolment/checkout.
  • Extended CB-integration. The CB user profile now is synchronized with SMF forum user details and the billing information for checkout is prepopulated from the user profile.
  • Adjustments for compatibility with Joomla 1.0.13, CB1.1, Joomla 1.5 RC2 (legacy mode), SMF 1.1.4
  • New languages: russian, czech.
