SCORM Conformance and Logo Use
SCORM and the SCORM logo are certification marks of Concurrent Technologies Corporation of Johnstown, Pennsylvania. The SCO-RTE1, Mandatory and Optional compliant logo indicates that JoomLMS application for Windows has been independently tested and certified by an ADL-designated certification organization to comply with SCORM v1.2. Successful test results for a product constitute AS IS compliance with SCORM v1.2 using the designated tests. Compliance evaluation using SCORM v1.2 tests developed by ADL or others does not constitute or imply endorsement or assurance by ADL or others of product utility, quality, or reliability in use or technical accuracy of content.

If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the Client that you interact with directly. We may transfer personal information to companies that help us provide our service. Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by the service agreements with our Clients.

JoomLMS has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the JoomLMS Client (the data controller). If requested to remove data we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. We will retain personal data we process on behalf of our Clients for as long as needed to provide services to our Client.

Social Media Widgets:

Our website includes Social Media Features, such as the "Facebook Like" button, and Widgets, such as the "Share This" button or interactive mini-programs that run on our website. These Features may collect your Internet protocol address, which page you are visiting on our website, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our website.
